The bride of this latest wedding gift loved her present. My mom consigned me to create this for her best friend who is now blissfully wed. The artwork is hanging in their house and the couple love it! Congrats Barb and Murray!

Scrolled Paper Art Music Staff and Heart
Recently, I was consigned to create some artwork for our church's long time organist. The pastor of our church has seen some of the paper scrolling that I've done and asked me to create something that would look nice hanging on our organist/pianist's wall. This is what I came up with. (However, I don't know if he liked it because I didn't go to church this week....I know... shame on me!)
This took me about one week, but I really concentrated on this project. My house got messy, my kids were dirty, even my poor dog was neglected.
I only had a week to make this because I was busy the week before finishing another art scrolling project. I will post that project later, after the gifter gives it away! I don't want to ruin any surprises.

I love to work with paper. I love to make it look as though you were just drawing with markers. It doesn't always do what you want, and you have to be patient, but in the end the results are beautiful.
