Christmas Card Holder

I started to make this spirited Holiday Card Box for myself but loved it so much, I gave it to my bestie for  Christmas instead. Then I made two more, one for another bestie of mine and then finally, one for me. I've only taken a few photos that aren't the best, but it's just to get the idea across.

Seven Days of Creation

After redesigning our Sunday School program, we needed some new artwork to hang on the walls of the hallway that lead into the Sunday School rooms. I volunteered to create something interesting that used lots of different media. Of course, I couldn't stay away from using paper (my favorite  medium) but I also wanted to use yarn, crayons, beads, paint, wood etc. It has been a wonderful journey. I have yet to finish the last panel of the seven day set, but I think it will complete the series nicely.

Little Giraffe

I created this darling little giraffe for the pastor of my church. He has recently become a grandpa and I wanted to give him a gift to give to his new granddaughter. It turned out so cute. I have made other little amigurumi's but this one turned out just perfectly.  Which is saying a lot since my crocheting isn't exactly perfect in anyway!
